KAYA offers zero-interest, collateral-free loans of up to ₱500,000 to young Filipinos starting or growing an agriculture or fishery business, payable over as long as 5 years with a management fee of up to 3.5%. Loans are released through LANDBANK, DBP, and partner cooperative and rural banks.

- Filipinos aged 18 to 30 who are graduates of an agriculture- or fishery-related degree, DA/ATI- or TESDA-accredited program, farm school, or secondary school agri-fishery course. Attend the ACPC orientation and business-plan workshop, then apply through a partner lending conduit.
