Agri-Negosyo (ANYO) Loan Program

ANYO finances the capital needs of small farmers and fisherfolk and of micro and small agri-fishery enterprises: production, machinery and equipment, facility construction, processing, and marketing. Individual borrowers may access up to ₱300,000; registered micro and small enterprises may access up to ₱15 million, subject to the lending partner's approval. Interest is 2% per year plus a service fee of up to 3.5%, payable over as long as 5 years.

Kwalipikasyon

Small farmers and fisherfolk registered under RSBSA, or micro/small enterprises and farmer or fisherfolk organizations engaged in agri-fishery activities. Sign up at the ACPC-ACCESS portal (acpcaccess.ph), attend the program briefing, then apply through a Partner Lending Conduit.
