The NCFRS is the Philippine Coconut Authority's registry of coconut farmers and farm workers, established under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund Act (RA 11524). Registered farmers become eligible for the Trust Fund's farmer-support components, including coconut seedling distribution, fertilizer, and technical assistance under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan.
