Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF)

RCEF is a fund set up under the Rice Tariffication Law (RA 11203) to raise the income and competitiveness of rice farmers. It has four components: farm machinery and equipment (delivered through PhilMech), inbred rice seed distribution (PhilRice), a low-interest credit facility, and extension and training services (delivered through DA-ATI, PhilRice, and TESDA).

Kwalipikasyon

Open to rice farmers and farmer cooperatives/associations in RCEF-covered rice-producing provinces. RSBSA registration is generally required. Apply through the local Municipal Agriculture Office or the RCEF component agency (PhilMech, PhilRice, DA-ATI, or TESDA).
