Sikat Saka is a joint DA and LANDBANK credit program for palay (rice) and corn production. The starting interest rate is 15% per year, inclusive of all finance charges, and it steps down by 1 point each cycle from the third cycle onward for borrowers in good standing, to a floor of 9%. PCIC fully subsidizes the rice crop insurance premium for participating subsistence farmers.
- Kwalipikasyon
- Farmers with 0.5 to 5 hectares of titled irrigated land, in good standing with an Irrigators' Association or Small Water Impounding System Association, with no existing palay/corn production loan and a National Food Authority purchase order. Apply through the local Irrigators' Association.
